Definitely try this one out with the black and white themes. The grey theme doesn't seem to have the same impact.

You're right. This is much better with the black theme!

Yes luminouslens. It was bright sunlight. I've also learned recently about extracting the different channels for B&W images instead of just desaturating. This was the red channel, which had the softest skin tones. I'll probably toy with this more in the future. I like the results by far over my old method.
