My last trip to the Deschutes river was superb, and has me getting anxious to do some spring fly-fishing. Soon, March Browns will hatch in the canyon, a sure sign that spring is just about here. This shot has me thinking about heading out this week! And maybe getting some photos.
I walk by this crazy fisherman every day, but the clouds really made this come alive for me. It's like all his dark winter days are behind him, and spring in his future. This sculpture is atop the Paragon Restaurant in downtown Portland.

I've recently turned off comments for a variety of reasons, the biggest of which is that I haven't really had time to take many photos these days, and therefore get few comments. This means that largely, I just fight spam. You may still email me at the contact address if you wish.
